• Cash on delivery only. No cards, anywhere, ever.
• A delivery charge is added after you order, once we know where you are. The total on screen is the goods, not the final amount.
• Registering is not a booking. It tells us you are interested; we contact you to arrange a time.
• Our services are not medical care. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet or starting to train.

You can browse everything here without an account. You need one to place an order, to register for a service, or to see your own measurements.

Your account is yours, and it is protected by your inbox: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, because that is how a one-time code works. Keep your inbox secure.

All prices are in US dollars, and the price you see is the price of the goods.

A delivery charge is added after you order. It depends on where you are, so we work it out and agree it with you when we contact you. Your order screen shows the goods total, not the final amount you will hand over at the door.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it with you. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and the order is cancelled at no cost to you.

Cash on delivery only. You pay the driver, in cash, when the order arrives.

We do not accept cards, we have never taken card details, and there is nowhere on this website to enter them. If any page or message ever asks you for card details in our name, it is not us.

You can cancel your own order from your account while it is still pending.

Once we have confirmed it, contact us — we will cancel it for you as long as it has not already gone out with a driver.

Registering for a service tells us you are interested and gives us your contact details. It is not a booking and it does not reserve a time. We contact you to arrange that.

Our services support your general wellbeing. They are not medical care, and nothing here is a medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, speak to your doctor before changing your diet or starting a training programme.

Supplements sold here are food supplements. They are not medicines, they do not treat or prevent illness, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet. Follow the instructions on the label and do not exceed the stated dose.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and packaging changes from time to time.

If you leave feedback, nothing appears on the site until we have read it. Editing feedback that is already published takes it back off the site until we have read the new version.

You can withdraw your feedback at any time from your account, and withdrawing removes it for good.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed.
