Where we deliver, what it costs, and when it arrives.

Where we deliver
Lebanon only. We do not ship outside Lebanon.
What delivery costs
The delivery charge is not shown at checkout, and it is added afterwards. It depends on where you are, so we work it out and agree it with you when we contact you about your order — usually on WhatsApp.
The total on your order screen is the cost of the goods. The amount you hand to the driver is that total plus the delivery charge you agreed with us. We will never send a driver to your door asking for an amount you have not already been told.

if you want a typical range published here — the usual figure is a few dollars depending on distance — say so and it can be stated plainly instead of this paragraph.
When it arrives
Delivery time depends on the product, and each product page gives its own estimate. Items we stock locally arrive quickly; items shipped from abroad take longer, and the product page says so.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. We contact you to arrange a time that works.
Paying on delivery
You pay the driver in cash when the order arrives. Please have the agreed amount ready — drivers do not carry card machines and cannot take payment any other way.
If you are not there
If we cannot reach you or nobody is at the address, we will contact you to arrange another attempt.
Still being finalised
how many delivery attempts are made before an order is cancelled, and whether a repeatedly failed delivery is charged for, needs deciding.
