What we collect, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.

Last updated 11 August 2026

In short

We collect what we need to run your account, deliver your order and — if you are a dietitian client — record your measurements. We do not sell it, we do not advertise, and we do not track you.

  • No password, ever. You sign in with a one-time code emailed to you, or with Google.
  • No card details, ever. Orders are cash on delivery, and there is nowhere on this site to type a card number.
  • No tracking, ever. No advertising, no analytics, no third-party scripts, and no cookie beyond the three that make the site work.

Who we are

Pearlfect Nutrition operates this website and the services offered through it. You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of any page.

Still being finalised

the registered business name, commercial register number, registered address in Lebanon and the name of the person responsible for data protection all need to be filled in here before this page is published.

What we collect

Your account. Your email address, and — once you complete your profile — your full name, phone number and date of birth. That is all an account needs; we never ask you for a password because we do not use one.

Your orders. The delivery name, phone number, address and city you gave, what you ordered, and what it cost. Those delivery details are stored with the order itself rather than read from your profile, so editing your profile later can never rewrite where a past order actually went.

Your measurements. If you register for the dietitian service, the readings taken at your visits are recorded against your account — weight, body fat, muscle mass and anything else the dietitian measures — with the date and any note written for you to read.

Nothing else. We do not build a profile of what you look at on this site, and there is no advertising or analytics anywhere on it.

Why we hold it

Only to run the service you asked for: to sign you in, to take and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to record and show you your own measurements over time.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Health information

Your measurements are the most sensitive thing we hold, and we treat them that way.

They are visible to you and to the dietitian, and to nobody else. They are never shown to another client. The pages that display them identify you from your signed-in session rather than from anything in the web address, so they cannot be reached by editing a URL.

The dietitian may also keep private clinical notes. Those are never shown to you on this website, in any view. Anything meant for you to read is written into the note that appears beside the measurement itself.

Nothing on this site works out a target, a goal, an ideal range, a score or a rating from your readings. Where a target is shown, the dietitian set it.

Still being finalised

whether health measurements should be kept for a fixed number of years, or deleted when a client stops using the service, is a clinical and legal decision rather than a technical one. Today they are kept until the account is deleted.

Cookies

This site sets three cookies. All three are strictly necessary — they are how signing in and keeping a basket work — and there are no others. That is why you have never seen a cookie banner here: there is nothing to ask your consent for.

  • client_session — set when you sign in, so the site knows it is you on the next page. Removed when you sign out, and it expires on its own.
  • admin_session — the same thing for staff signing in to the admin area. You will never have one of these.
  • cart — if you put something in your basket before signing in, this keeps it there. When you sign in, the contents move to your account and the cookie is cleared.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block these, you will not be able to sign in or keep a basket, because these cookies are how those two things work.

Marketing email

We send you a newsletter only if you asked for one, by ticking the box when you signed in or by turning marketing on in your account. You can turn it off in the same place.

Every newsletter also carries a working unsubscribe link, and using it stops all newsletters to that address.

Unsubscribing does not stop the emails you actually need — your sign-in codes, and confirmations for anything you order or register for. Those are part of the service rather than marketing.

Who else processes it

A small number of service providers, each for one purpose:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores its database and uploaded images.
  • Resend — sends our email. Your address and the contents of those messages pass through it.
  • Google — involved only if you choose to sign in with Google. Use the emailed code instead and Google is not involved at all.

There are no others. Nothing on this site loads a script, a font or an image from anybody else.

where each of these providers stores data, and whether that requires a specific disclosure or transfer basis under Lebanese law, needs checking.

How long we keep it

Your account and its data are kept while your account exists. Orders are kept as the record of what was bought and paid for.

Sign-in codes expire within minutes and can be used once. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter we keep a record that you did — that record is what stops us adding you back later.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct anything in your profile, or to delete your account entirely.

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your measurements and your order history with it, and we cannot restore either afterwards.

To ask for either, contact us using the details at the bottom of any page.
